Background
Our combined training includes nearly two decades worth of higher education and countless more time spent learning by doing our jobs. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, a Certificate in American Studies, and a Master of Science in Industrial Archaeology. This academic training combines with countless hours of old-fashioned learning in the field. We’ve studied history, design, writing, and research, and we’ve learned a catalogue of hands-on trades that provides our book smarts a grounded foundation and ensures quality results. Our subject expertise covers a range of subjects that includes such diverse topics as forest ecology, the history of industry and transportation, American music and culture, and the U.S. Civil War.

The oldest among us have been at our work for more than 20 years, and our combined years of experience is beyond 60, which means we’ve learned how to take our values and incorporate them into everyday practice.
